New mains distribution, Reggianni lighting controlled by Lutron

Addressable fire alarm, Intruder alarm, and Kitchen supplies and standard small power

Structured cabling to Cat5e standard

Complete New Mechanical installation 

New gas Boiler, heating system with radiators controlled in multiple zones to ensure the building is as user flexable as possible

Domestic hot and cold water

A new ducted Heat recovery system has been installed through an awkward structure
